Throughout the series of Revive Us Again, we are exploring the biblical narratives of revivals where the Holy Spirit comes to a people or place and pours Himself on them. Join us as we study where the Holy Spirit brings things that have been dead or dull and animates them with His power and presence.

Epiphany | Love Beyond Borders

Jesus "manifests" something truly profound about the nature of God. That's what Epiphany means. But what exactly does Jesus manifest? In the words of the apostle John: God. Is. Love. But what does this love look like?  During Epiphany we are challenged. We are challenged to look at how God's love crosses borders to reach every single one of us. But there's more. We are invited to see how God's love invites us to go beyond the borders we create. Borders are natural. They give us a sense of order and control. They give those on top and those in the center a sense of place and security.   Socio-economic borders, racial borders, gender border, neighborhood borders, religious borders, national borders, political borders.  But those borders also do violence, sustain injustice, dehumanize the outsider. Over the next 5 weeks we look at stories of Jesus crossing significant cultural borders. We will listen and see how this love is truly good news.

Into His Image

Join us to talk through what it looks like to live an authentically spiritual life. Each week we will look at each of the fruit of the Spirit. How can we cultivate hearts for the Spirit to produce love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness and self-control? This is truly a counter cultural way of life, we need the Spirit to come make us into His image, as we live our lives in the city.

Come Holy Spirit

Every person gets a place in the Kingdom of God. People are overwhelmed because they are know they want to operate in their gifting, but there has been so much false teaching, confusion or abuse around the spiritual gifts and the life of the church. This series is teaching around what Scripture says about spiritual gifts, and how we are to live into the gifts God has given each of us.
